2. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or services have been delivered.
  • Cancellations can be made prior to the start of a project. If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date to avoid charges.
  • For ongoing monthly services, you may terminate the service with a 30-day written notice. Refunds for partial months are not typically provided.

3. Revisions and Amendments

  • We include a specified number of revisions in our packages. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.
  • If revisions do not meet agreed-upon objectives due to miscommunication, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage open communication. If issues arise, please contact our support team to resolve concerns amicably.
  • In case of unresolved disputes, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.
